You can order your repeat prescriptions by:

• Use the NHS App
• Submit an "Admin or Routine Care Request"
• Submit a paper request at Reception or in the Black Post Box a the surgery entrance.

We do not take repeat prescription requests over the telephone.

Please give 3 to 5 working days to process your request.

Choose a pharmacy to collect your prescription from:

• Use the NHS App
• At Reception
• At any pharmacy that accepts repeat prescriptions
